Industrial precious metal catalytic oxidation ceramics

The product description

VOC catalytic combustion process

Organic waste gas reacts directly with oxygen in the air, requiring a temperature above 700 ℃ and sufficient residence time. However, under the action of catalysts, the activation energy of organic compounds reacting with oxygen can be greatly reduced, while the reactants are enriched on the surface of the catalyst, providing a translation rate. With the help of catalysts, organic waste gas can undergo flameless combustion at lower ignition temperatures (100 ℃ -400 ℃), and be oxidized and decomposed into carbon dioxide and water vapor, while releasing a large amount of heat energy.
